My culinary journey began in Hamburg, Germany, and has since taken me through the rich culinary landscapes of Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain. These experiences have profoundly shaped my approach to cooking and have fueled my passion for creating exceptional dishes.
 

My path led me to the United States and the esteemed Château Élan Winery and Resort, where I embraced my role as an Executive Chef for the first time. Over the course of 35 years, I have honed my skills and expanded my expertise in various facets of the culinary arts. I have had the privilege of teaching cooking classes, achieving the #1 restaurant status in Atlanta on TripAdvisor, winning the Copper Skillet World Championship, and serving as the Executive Chef at several prominent hotels in the Atlanta area.
